This fabrication project was for my very own Drooling Bastard wall plaque that I designed to look like a videogame controller, influenced by the SNES with my name and company on it. It slightly bulged over the 2x6" parameters but still managed to make it work. I crafted it to look as though it was made from old painted driftwood for a more tiki-fied look.
